**The Digital Department are looking for P**ermanent Head of Product**

**Full time **(36.5 hours per week)

**Hybrid working** - This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working between home and our Streatham Campus.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Lead Product Vision and Roadmap: Drive the university's digital strategy to meet 2030 goals.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to align digital solutions with their needs.
- Oversee Product Development: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Champion User-Centric Design: Ensure digital products meet diverse user needs.
- Monitor Performance: Define and track KPIs for digital products and initiatives.
- Develop Product Team: Mentor and lead the Product team, promoting Agile principles and university values.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify new delivery approaches to enhance digital capabilities.

- Proven leadership experience in product management, ideally within a digital transformation context.
- Track record of developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
- Demonstrable proficiency in using data analytics and insights to inform product decisions.
- Experience in delivering complex organisational change and building unified teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across departments and levels.
