**About The Role**

**HRBP - Hybrid Working between Worcester Park and Home - £35-42k per annum, dependent on skills and experience. (We are moving to Leatherhead, Surrey towards the end of the year)**

Well, look no further As an HR Business Partner specialising in the care sector, your role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the organisation's human resources function to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services. You will collaborate closely with senior management, department heads, and employees, providing strategic HR guidance and support.

**What will the role involve as a HRBP? There will be regional travel as and when required. But also the following;**
- **Strategic HR Planning**:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives in the care sector.
- **Employee Relations**:Provide effective guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- **Talent Management**:Enhance talent acquisition and development initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce in the care sector.
- **Learning and Development**:Implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of care sector employees to foster continuous learning and development.
- **HR Policy and Compliance**:Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant legislation and industry standards while supporting organisational goals.
- **HR Analytics and Reporting**:Provide actionable insights to senior management through HR analytics and reporting to drive informed decision-making.

**Who are we looking for? We're seeking individuals who will have a variety of the below;**
- CIPD level 5 or above (**essential**), however would consider a high potential at level 3.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK (**essential**)
- Strong understanding of the specific challenges and regulations within the care sector.
- Experience with redundancies, TUPEs, ER cases, training workshops, investigations.
- Can work autonomously with strong attention to detail. A real people person.

**As much as agencies provide an excellent service, and are invaluable to the industry. For this role, we won’t need assistance.**
