Roles:

- Provide technical support for the iOS, Android, and web platforms of the pet platform.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to buying, selling, and navigating the platform.
- Ensure smooth operation and functionality of all aspects of the platform, including pet listings, service provider directories, and event listings.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to address bugs, glitches, and user experience improvements.
- Assist in onboarding new users and service providers, providing guidance on platform usage and features.
- Monitor platform performance, identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users and collaborate with internal teams.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles preferred.
- Familiarity with pet industry trends and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Main Roles and Requirements for System Support Officer**:
**Roles**:

- **User Assistance**: Provide comprehensive technical support to users navigating the pet platform across iOS, Android, and web interfaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- **Issue Resolution**: Promptly address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to buying, selling, and managing pet listings, employing effective problem-solving strategies to minimize disruptions.
- **Platform Maintenance**: Uphold the operational integrity of platform features, including service provider directories and event listings, through regular monitoring and proactive maintenance efforts.
- **Collaborative Problem-Solving**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, contributing insights and expertise to drive ongoing platform improvements.
- **User Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new users, providing personalized guidance and support to promote platform adoption and user satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor platform performance metrics and analytics, identifying trends and anomalies to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

**Summary**:
**Salary**: £26,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
