REED Further Education are recruiting for a a newly generated role for our client a FE college based in the North West of England as a **MIS and Funding Manager.**

**Salary - £50 - 55K**

**Main Purpose**:

- To provide an outstanding MIS service across all three campuses, offering leadership and management to the department.
- The MIS manager will review processes and procedures to ensure that all student data is accurate and that changes are made in a timely manner. The post holder will be responsible for designing and implementing an internal audit programme, as well as supporton external audits.
- The post holder must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to build and develop working relationships throughout and every level throughout the college. The MIS Manager will need outstanding organisational skills and be able to demonstratecalmness and leadership under pressure.

**Essential**:

- Experience of working with an MIS system
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to develop an extensive knowledge of funding methodologies within a diverse education setting, including FE, Apprenticeships and HE
- Previous experience of working through internal and external audits

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working within a large, diverse organisation with complex funding streams
- Sound knowledge of Exam assessments and procedures
- Experience of working with systems that administer timetables
