**+ Responsibilities**

- Provide direct care to individuals in a nursing/care home, residential settings, supported living and domiciliary services
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document changes in residents' health status
- Implement behavior management strategies for individuals with autism or other behavioural challenges
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected and upheld
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

**+ Education and Experience**

- You will have previous experience as a Support Worker / Care Assistant (1 Year Minimum)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care procedures
- Ability to assist with transferring residents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to following the directions of a Nurse or Managerial staff
- Undergoing required training and development
