**Responsibilities**:
**The role will consist of performing the following duties:

- **
- Provide technical oversight to projects & programmes
- Provide advanced support in relation to BAU maintenance activities
- Plan, document and implement changes where appropriate for the customer
- Provide detailed review of upcoming releases\patches and major platform\component updates.
- Good communication and excellent documentation skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use your initiative and experience based on industry best practices.
- End to end process management
- Work as part of a collaborative modern workplace team to provide resource engineering duties in conjunction with partners to relevant projects.
- Highlight opportunities to improve/evolve service and technology platforms
- Assist with testing and validation of changes and/or deployments where necessary
- Provide 3rd line support where appropriate & act as a mentor to others within modern workplace across the various tower structures
- Support wider IT functions with technical knowledge and experience where required
- Work with the head of modern workplace & relevant teams as an SME
- Demonstrate a customer obsessed mind-set when evaluating solution options and platform improvements.
- Work with the customers internal IT & corporate processes in order to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications:
**Person will need to have an advanced level of expertise in the following areas of technology:

- **
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) experience in a co-management & tenant attached environment
- Understanding of configuration with WSUS
- Experience with working with MSI, EXE, APP-V deployments
- Experience working with Microsoft Intune to manage windows, android and IOS Devices
- Familiarity of Autopilot deployment profiles
- Experience of Windows update for business & Autopatch would be advantageous
- Experience with DAAS such as AVD, W365 for business, Citrix & Citrix cloud, Vmware horizon
- Experience of UE-V & graph API would be advantageous
