**Customer Assistant / Administrator - Staveley - 6 Month FTC**

**£9.95 per hour (Basic) + Enhanced Overtime Rates**

**Monday to Friday - 40 Hours per week**

Joining our business as a Customer Assistant you will be the first face that our customers see when entering the site. You will have the ability to build strong relationships very quickly aswell as handling complex queries that come in from our customers. You will handle onsite inductions, offer support to our customers on their orders aswell as support the back office admin team in maintaining and updating customer accounts.

**The Role**:

- Looking after the sales counter and serving customers in a professional and courteous manner
- General day to day office duties, including data entry
- Updating the system and completing spreadsheets as required
- Raising & processing invoices
- Some weekend working is required

**About You**:

- Previous administration or customer facing experience
- Be proficient with all aspects of Microsoft office programs including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Possess strong attention to detail and be able to identify inaccuracies effectively and in a timely manner
- Work well in a team and provide support to others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
