**Description**

As a **Finance Supervisor**in**Finchley**, you will:

- Complete the daily bank summary and manage the balances.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable to ensure they are hitting their daily and monthly targets.
- Deal with complaints within the team and externally with guardians.
- Take over correspondence if a difficult situation arises and assist with fixing mistakes and problems with projects.
- Oversee each team member's progress with their objectives every quarter.
- Liaise with other Supervisor to rectify issues between departments
- Supervises team members in duties and performance, providing feedback on a weekly basis and reporting team performance to senior managers.
- Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed KPI's
- Train new team members in accordance to company's culture
- Prepare and submit performance report
- Adherence to the company's culture
- Analysis live data and produce reports for senior managers
- Carry out Appraisals and 1-2-1 and set SMART objectives to monitor KPI progress.

**Profile**

The perfect **Finance Supervisor** will have:

- Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure.
- Previous supervisory experience within a finance department as a main daily responsibility.
- Experience of using all Microsoft Office programs e.g., Microsoft Excel.
- Confident communicator.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
