We are currently recruiting for a Customer Patient Services Functional Trainer within our busy customer service team. Essentially, we are looking for individuals to come and join us who can deliver high quality advice, support and to provide training to support our therapy co-ordinators and team coaches, to ensure we are delivering an excellent service to our patients and customers.

- Substantial customer service experience in a quality / regulated environment
- Ideally from Contact Centre background
- Analytical skills to identify learning needs and evaluate training interventions
- Knowledge of learning theory and applied practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including well developed presentation skills
