Computer Network Defence (CND) have been based in the Wiltshire town of Corsham for the last 20 years. Following an exceptional period of growth, we are looking to increase the size of our Finance Team, don’t worry though, you do not have to be an IT or cyber security expert.
- Part Time: For the right person we could reduce the responsibilities and the hours to around 80 per month._

**About the role**
- Accurately process, manage purchases & payments.
- Onboarding new suppliers, including Experian credit checks.
- Monthly keep in touch calls with associate suppliers.
- Communicate, liaise with suppliers regarding payments & discrepancies.
- Ensure timely & accurate payments to suppliers.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to purchases & invoices.
- Purchase Order management and tracking.
- Pension communication with accountants.
- Contribute to efficient financial operations & comply with purchasing processes.
- Matching & checking invoices against supporting documentation.
- Making national and international payments via BACS.
- Collating payroll information & reporting to the accountants.
- Managing transfers between bank accounts.
- Sending copies of credit card statements to credit card holders.
- HMRC quarterly reporting.
- Liaise with Revenue Officer for purchase order projection and reconciliation.

**Essential skills**
- Confident MS Office user
- Bookkeeping

**Desirable skills/Qualifications**
- Accounting

- AAT part/fully qualified

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
