**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to guide product pipelines, focusing on emerging technologies and market trends.
- Product Specifications: Defining product technical specifications, establishing gold standards for quality and performance.
- Ensure that the products are manufactured in accordance with designed specifications, maintaining high quality standards throughout.
- Testing Management: Oversee user testing and coordinate independent lab testing to validate product performance and efficacy.
- Product Training & Knowledge: Working closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive product knowledge is transferred across the business.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.
- A keen interest in emerging developments within beauty technology, along with a thorough grasp of the technical nuances and scientific evidence that underlie the product development process.
- Strong communication abilities, with the confidence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
