**Responsibility for others**: To ensure that as an employee of the Killyhevlin Hotel Health Club and Spa all duties are carried out in a safe and responsible manner by observing and adhering to all company policies and procedures thereby not endangering ones own or another’s health and safety, nor bringing the reputation of the company into disrepute.

**Overall purpose of the job**: Ensuring that the Reception Area and any other areas under your charge are maintained to a standard expected by Customers and Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel and Lodges and that Customers receive the standard of service they expect, while also ensuring all transactions are conducted promptly and accurately and all monies are brought to account and all customer requirements are met promptly, efficiently and courteously.

**Key Activities**:
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment

Maintain and deal with payments

Develop effective working relationships

Display customer care skills

Deal with bookings & reservations

Deal with communications

Deal with arrival & check-in of customers

Prepare customer accounts and deal with departures/ check-outs

Know hotel policy & procedure regarding the exchange foreign cash.

Maintain a computer system by entering data and text and necessary reference codes; retrieve data from the system, print, collate and distribute documents as necessary.

Store, retrieve and supply information, store in the required form - alphabetical or numerical; supply information in an appropriate form, ensure confidentiality and respect GDPR at all times.

**In addition to the above duties you may be required from time to time, at the discretion of the Manager to complete other duties within your capabilities.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
