Seamstress

**The Best Connection Employment Group LTD **are looking to recruit a Seamstress Operative to work with a manufacturer of bespoke furniture based in SG17. Working as part of a small team who will work together and support one another, your role will be vital to the ongoing production and will involve the stitching of commercial fabrics. This role offers the opportunity to progress and become a permanent member of staff. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 07.30am - 16.00pm.

**Rates of Pay**
- £15.00 for all basic hours

**Skills Required**:

- Measuring fabrics
- 2 years minimum contract furniture experience or similar associated industry
- Knowledge and experience using various sewing machines
- Ability to manage workload and meet daily and weekly targets

**Duties of the role**
- Stitch cushions,back pieces, top stitch, double stitch and overlock
- Operate industrial sewing machines
