Lead UX Researcher
I am looking for a Lead UX Researcher to join a growing product and user experience team with one of the largest directory companies in the UK. You'll work for a fast-moving digital marketplace organisation and help to provide actionable and meaningful data-driveninsights that will help to improve product definition and drive our client's business goals. You'll operate in a fully Agile team and will be focussed on delivering brilliant end to end customer experiences. You'll be collaborative and passionate with courageto risk new ways of doing things. Ultimately, you will deliver on the growth agenda through effective product design.
Reporting to the Head of UX, you'll maintain and develop the company's in-house research facility. You'll take a pragmatic approach to delivering research, and always choose the right tools for the job. You'll collaborate closely with product and developmentcolleagues on the UX design vision and advocate UX across your team and the wider business. Additionally, you'll own and manage the end-to-end research activities - recruitment, planning, execution, analysis and insight delivery.
**Requirements**:

- Experience with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, contextual interviews, guerrilla research, remote testing, focus groups and analytics.
- Ability to identify best methods to answer UX research questions, prioritising and adapting to meet time and opportunity constraints.
- Solid presentation skills, and experience communicating user-centred research findings to a large number of stakeholders in a persuasive and engaging way.
- Experience of working in an agile environment and developing digital products across multiple platforms and devices.
