**EYFS Assistant - Cheltenham**

An exciting opportunity has become available to join Long-Term Teachers as a flexible/supply childcare assistant at a wonderful nursery setting in the Cheltenham area.

This wonderful, homely nursery setting prides itself on having a happy team and good staff retention. The nursery is beautifully decorated and children's interests are followed to create a stimulating learning environment.

**About the role**

This exciting role would be the perfect opportunity for an individual who loves spending time with the children and joining in with activities which constantly challenge their learning. Day-to-day duties for this role will include;
- Creating exciting learning opportunities for children and following their interests
- Assisting the room leader with the day-to-day running of the room
- Promoting health, well-being and placing emphasis on the benefits of outdoor play
- Working within the law to safeguard children’s rights
- Playing and engaging with the children at their level
