**CONTRACTS AVAILABLE FOR 24HOURS+ PER WEEK**

**A full, clean driving licence is essential for this position**

**About you**

We are looking for caring, compassionate and hands on people to join our team. With at least 1 year Care experience working with people who have behaviours that are perceived to be challenging and have a full UK Driving licence. Care Certificate training is also beneficial however not critical.

**Your Role**

The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices. Even though personal care is a heavy element of the position, this role is all about building one to one relationships with the person you will be supporting and enjoying spending time with each other.
