About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care needs, including manual handling and supporting with medication
  • Prepare food and drinks, and support with mealtime routines
  • Support individuals with their daily living skills, including managing finances and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
  • Liaise with the landlord and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users

Requirements

  • Knowledge of learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Passionate, caring, and enthusiastic approach to care
  • Flexible and patient, with good communication skills
  • Ability to complete physical aspects of the role, including manual handling
