Job Title: Games Designer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative designer, to join our established team, working as part of the Games Studio. Our client designs top-performing video slots, and digital casino, style games. As part of your role as Game Designer, you willbe involved in the day to day game design and delivery process from start to end. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer to showcase their talents and to learn and develop from a knowledgeable and supportive team.

The role:

- Development and presentation of new game ideas, mechanics and concepts that meet a creative brief.
- To work with the rest of the studio, to prove the viability of concepts prior to further development.
- Production of game specification documents that can be used for game production.
- Be aware of the current legislative requirements for all territories at which concepts are aimed.
- To work collaboratively with Games Producers and the wider development team to direct the production of the games from concept to final product.

Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Mobile Slot Design.
- Proven game titles in the North American Online Market (Desirable).
- A passion for games and an understanding of what makes a game appealing and fun to play
- A wide knowledge of existing game types, structures and mechanics.
- Ability to work to deadlines and the willingness to work extra hours when required to meet key target dates.
- Ability to quickly learn and use a wide variety of visual design tools to design and storyboard game ideas.
- Ability to present these game ideas to the wider team, Chief Product Officer and other Product Managers/Directors. Both in-person and on Microsoft Teams.

Beneficial Experience and Skills
- Degree level education.
- Experience of programming (C++ or similar).
- The ability to present at internal and customer meetings.
