The FP&A analyst will have a key role in providing information and insight to support the business in making key decisions throughout its planning processes. The role is part of a fast paced and dynamic team. The business is going through a massive growthagenda with new sites and customers entering our operations.

**What will you be doing?**
- Co-ordinating and preparing of management accounts to group
- Budgeting/forecasting across a multi-site global business.
- Co-ordinating and preparing our forecast plan and combining forecasts across the business into a clear narrative of overall business performance.
- Monitor and drive improvements in the businesses working capital.
- Actively improving processes to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances & forecasting

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office skills including advance Excel and PowerBi skills
- Ability to analyse, reconcile and interpret financial information.
- Ability to quickly form working relationships and gain credibility with a wide selection of stakeholders from different levels and disciplines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively manage workload to effectively deliver multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail
