**About the Trust**

GMMH head office is based at Prestwich, Manchester and it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking and additional visitor car parking (fees will apply). It has an onsite restaurant where staff are eligible for a discount. There is also a café where drinks and light snacks are available.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Acknowledge requests from Coroner’s Offices and liaising with them (following processes and procedures) until inquests are concluded
- Use clinical records systems to check whether deceased are known to GMMH
- Keep all inquest systems up to date e.g., tracker, Datix, inquest diary
- Liaise with Divisions regarding all steps of the inquest process up to the conclusion of an inquest
- Share information as required with the Incident Team
- Maintain dashboards within Datix

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous NHS experience
- Previous admin experinece
- Ability to work in a very busy/ demanding role
- NHS System Knowledge
- Datix
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience._
