Account Controller

We are looking for an account controller to be responsible for acting as the day-to-day contact for our customers. The account controller will provide outstanding customer service during the production of the customer’s books within our factory, understand and process customer orders and advise customers where necessary.
To be successful as an account controller, having at least a years’ experience in a customer facing role is essential, preferably in a B2B environment, be proficient in using Microsoft Office, and willing to learn to use our in-house CRM system.
The account controller will represent the customer’s needs within the business, develop strong working relationships with designated day to day contacts, co-ordinate estimate requests and production schedules and clearly communicating these to the customer alongside collaborating with internal and external partners, balancing in-house capability with customer requirements.

- An ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Confident working in our fast-paced environment.
- GCSE English and Mathematics (A* - C, or equivalent) is required.
- Knowledge or an enthusiasm for books and print is desirable, however full training will be provided.
