**Product Manager - Cardiff/Hybrid - £75,000**

I'm working with a market disrupting FinTech that is on a mission to make crypto straightforward and secure for everyone by creating the next generation of crypto services - they are a start-up so join the from the beginning to change the way people navigatethis new world

The Role: Product Manager

Working in an autonomous environment, you will bring to market new products, so solid experience with the complete product development and delivery lifecycle, ideally within a start-up environment, is essential You will collaborate within a environmentthat harvests innovation, working closely with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, research and commercial.

You will break down market and customer needs, translating these into business models and value propositions - validating hypotheses with the delivery of MVPs as proofs of concepts. You will shape the product roadmap and take it to market too - exciting

Sitting within a close-knit team, your work will be very visible so you will be making a huge difference from day one

Key responsibilities:

- Refining new product concepts and understanding the story to appeal to target customers
- Active participation in market mapping, innovation, and design sprints, to deliver on successful commercial product launches to market
- Conduct primary user research through observation, surveys, customer boards, focus groups, to elicit real user requirements
- Articulate and promote the product strategy
- Launch MVPs into the market to evaluate consumer demand

About you:

- Experience working in a start-up environment - proficient with lean product development and design sprints
- Ability to translate highly technical products, features and situations into clear and concise problems and solutions
- Manage processes efficiently to achieve medium and long-term goals and objectives
- Proven experience developing and managing software products (5+ years')
- Relevant industry knowledge and experience in crypto, or blockchain
- Experience in the crypto, Fintech, start-up, and / or SAAS space
- A drive to continually develop and learn
