**The Company**
At Social Care Wales, we provide national leadership and expertise in social care and early years in Wales.
Our vision is to make a positive difference to care and support for children, adults and their families and carers.
To do this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, data and research to improve care.
The Digital Team is a new team within our organisation that will support the implementation of our brand new, digital strategy.
We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
AsProduct Manager, you’ll support the implementation of our digital strategy, working across teams to design the end-to-end journey of e-learning products and platforms.
You’ll embed our user centred, digital learning approach across all stages of development, providing guidance and producing an internal learning toolkit to support Project Managers to build products.
Leading project teams, you’ll ensure products are designed according to agreed standards. You’ll also be responsible for digital and technology assets and managing the calendar of activities required to ensure the product operates effectively.
Additionally, you’ll continually identify improvements and implement innovative solutions to drive the success of our products and services, ensuring projects deliver the maximum benefit to users.
**About You**
To be considered as a Product Manager, you will need:

- Experience making decisions to meet user needs designing digital and non-digital products
- Experience collaborating with researchers and using metrics and user insight to refine products
- Experience working collaboratively in a dynamic agile environment
- Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders, end users and/or front-line service providers
- An understanding of agile processes and product lifecycle
- A degree or equivalent qualification
