Paying between £35,222 - £38,592, per annum - £18.36-£20.06ph

They have an opportunity for an experienced **Senior HR Advisor** to work with the People Services team. This is a hybrid role - **travel to the campus in Milton Keynes is anticipated fora monthlymeetingor** **as required.**

**Requirements**:

- You will be responsible for offering support to managers and employees through complex employment law, policy advice and enquiries.
- Instil best practice and consistency by providing ER advice and guidance across the business and support managers with the proactive informal resolution of people matters.
- Develop and coach managers in dealing with people management related issues, increasing capabilities and confidence across the management population.

**Skills and experience**
- CIPD qualified to at least level 5, or working towards
- Experience of case management working to tight deadlines, juggling multiple priorities and cases, managing time effectively
- Experience of working in a large unionised business
- Do you have solid experience of advising on a variety of employment queries
- Proven experience of using a case management system
- Are you able to prioritise a busy workload whilst possessing excellent communication skills?
