**Job Title: HR Advisor**

**Reporting to: HR Business PArtner**

The HR Advisor is to work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure the site is provided with an effective and efficient advisory and administrative HR service to meet the business requirements. A full generalist role requiring the development of excellent working relationships with management teams and to provide support on projects as required.

**Responsibilities and Deliverables**:

**Provide support and advice on employee relations, terms of employment, policies and procedures to managers and work with them to ensure that best practice is adopted.
- Provide support with disciplinaries and grievance, welfare and capability meetings
- Work with managers and line managers to ensure that all employment policies are applied in a consistent and non-discriminatory manner.
- Deliver HR induction programmes for new starters and ensure probation reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- Preparation of monthly payroll instructions for the business.
- Collate data relating to annual pay review.
- Processing of pension information to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Ensure that GDPR compliance is met at all times
- Provide management information reports as required.
