Wizard Staff Solutions are recruiting for a full time Trainee Recruitment Consultant based at our Head Office in Harpenden to start in March 2024
- Wizard are market leaders in Childcare Staffing Solutions and due to business demand, we are expanding our team and looking for a confident, organised person to join our friendly team based in Harpenden. Travel within the area and further afield will be needed. _

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Resourcing of Temporary and Permanent Staff**
- To maintain temporary worker records in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation.
- To check all essential documentation for the temporary worker as part of their staff suitability checks.
- To induct our temporary workers in line with Wizard’s strict childcare training
- To recruit qualified Nursery Practitioners on behalf of our clients

**Business Development**
- Take responsibility for coverage of any bookings including out of hours as required/covering a branches’ phones in times of absence.
- To run active marketing campaigns to help increase revenue.
- Maximise on existing business
- Help to arrange our temp staff rotas weekly
- Booking staff with nurseries - communicate accordingly
- To report on current activity at designated times.

**Payroll**
- To ensure weekly payroll is completed in a timely and accurate fashion.

**Salary banding/Benefits**:
£22,000 - £24,000pa plus commission
