You shall be responsible for:

Key requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in people leadership and surveying across multiple sectors.Proven experience in successfully delivering transformation change and also continuous improvement. Sound knowledge of the latest survey instrumentation and methodologies.Successful history of leading strategic changes and managing multiple projects and initiatives.Full membership of RICS and/or CICES is essential.Commitment to prioritizing health and safety for survey teams based on knowledge and experience.Experience in managing large datasets in an ordered and structured manner.Exceptional communication skills, adept decision-making, proven team leadership capabilities, client management proficiency, financial acumen, strong interpersonal and organisational skills.Flexibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong industry ties with clients, suppliers, and industry bodies are desirable.
