Business Analyst / £40k - £46k / Brighton - Hybrid

**Client Details**

My client are a very well-established Public Sector business based in Brighton. You will be working in a team of circa eight other colleagues within BA.

**Description**

As the Business Analyst, your role responsibilities will include:

- Leading analysis activity for Projects or changes
- Carrying out business engagement and acting as a key point of contact for the business.
- Plan, manage and deliver business analysis to support detailed design and implementation planning of future ways of working for Automatic Enrolment
- Work effectively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders to ensure that business needs are captured at the required level of detail and are fully understood and approved by key stakeholders
- Use appropriate Business Analysis methodologies and tools to ensure that design and analytical products are clear and evidence-based
- Act as a cohesive bridge between the business need and internal/ external solution providers (including: IT, HR, Communications); working with stakeholders and challenging as appropriate to ensure that any proposed solutions and implementation plans willmeet agreed strategic and business requirements and provide expected outcomes
- Deliver agreed Business Analysis outputs in line with project timescale and quality requirements, escalating any risks that emerge
- Maintain an understanding of the broader Project or Programme context, aims and objectives to ensure that business and technological change is aligned across the organisation
- Design efficient business solutions that meet business needs and provide expected benefit and outcome, giving particular consideration to user experience

**Profile**
- Proven experience of effectively planning, managing, and delivering high quality business analysis outputs using a wide range of business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies (including Problem definition, Requirements gathering, Process mapping,Benefit analysis, Options analysis, Process design and Feasibility studies).
- Proven experience of producing robust, evidence-based analysis to inform decision making and mitigate business problems or risks.
- Ability to select and adapt appropriate business analysis tools/methodologies to understand, capture and communicate true business needs, problems and assure the viability of solutions to business problems.
