Job Title IT Business Analyst Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Business/Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for analysing technical systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities - Investigating questions and issues raised from support and collaborating with development where needed and being able to provide solutions within a timely manner- Scheduling meetings to gather project updates from developers and feeding back to stakeholders.
- Managing project questions and making sure all relevant parties have all required information
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
- Monitoring technical systems and providing timely support to resolve any issues.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and providing training to colleagues as needed.
- Gathering feedback from colleagues to continue improving systems effectively
- Meeting with and building relationships with stakeholders in order to understand and meet their requirements
- Creating reports to share with stakeholders and senior-level colleagues
- Contributing to team meetings and being able to present your findings using reports you have created
- Testing of the product, making recommendations for improvements
- Being aware of the latest technology trends and developments Skills - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of business concepts as well as technical concepts
- Experience working on a SaaS based product
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
