**Inside Sales Coordinator**:

**Role Summary**:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator you will perform a key role in supporting and managing customers across the UK. You will be work closely with other departments to track and monitor orders from initial customer order to final product delivery; ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a key part of the business you will ensure the development of key processes to maximise efficiencies and accuracy of order flow to invoice.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- _K_ey customer contact; providing proactive communication on order related issues.
- Order book review and late backlog management
- Focus on On Time Delivery performance
- Develop communications and relationships between Parker, Division, Field Sales and the customer
- Deal with customer enquiries and requests; using problem solving skills and own initiative to respond to queries regarding invoice and delivery problems
- Participate in Team meetings and work together as a team to support each other.

**Skills, Experience & Capabilities**:

- Skilled at building relationships with customers and maintaining good levels of communication
- Communicate and manage processes effectively to customers
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations.
- Ability to problem-solve using existing procedures, analysis and standard practices to make judgments.
- Desire to do well and progress within a forward thinking company
