**What You Need**:

- Knowledge of the Energy/Utilities market.
- Outstanding organisational skills with ability to prioritise a large workload.
- Solutions focussed and able to deal with challenges daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation, with the desire to achieve targets within your role.
- Be able to work in a fun team culture.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions simply and concisely.
- Comprehensive understanding of MS packages such as Word and Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting our sales teams with the preparation of sales/legal packs.
- Analysing Energy/Utility bills and contracts.
- Working closely with the senior management team to collate and record appropriate information.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with customers.
- Collecting all documents in relation to claims and ensuring these are stored correctly.
- Liaising with our customers and any third parties to ensure swift resolution of any issues
- To answer queries swiftly, professionally, and efficiently once a detailed knowledge of the claim handling process has been gained.
- At all times to promote image of Ethical Utilities through the provision of the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
