**Brand Assistant**

Are you a proactive and organised individual with Social Media experience looking for a rewarding role? I'm currently seeking a talented Brand Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (between 20-25 hours per week). This is a hybrid working role. No agencies or Virtual Assistant's.

**Responsibilities**
- Support with Social media content creation and scheduling
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by Executives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Social Media Executive or similar role is a must.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Experience with budget and account management.

**Salary range**: £18,000 to £22,000.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Brand Management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coventry
