HR Administrator required on a temporary basis initially, while the company are going through a restructure. HR experience is preferred but not essential, as it would be mainly for admin support.
**Hours**:Part Time 20-22 hours per week (flexible days/hours to be determined) / 3 month contract to be reviewed.
**Place of work**: Based on site at Barnard Castle with some home working possible.
**Duties**:
- HR administrative duties, including the manual and electronic personnel administration for all employees.
- Maintaining records relating to staff, such as appraisals, training, discipline, etc.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with grievances and disciplinary procedures, covering all administration aspects;
- Planning and sometimes delivering inductions for new staff;
- To update all HR reporting on a regular basis for the Operations Manager;
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes for the Operations Manager from time to time.

**Salary**: £19,500.00 per year
