**Job Title: Customer Success Executive**

**Full time: 37.5 hours per week**
**Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ( 30 minutes for lunch)**
**PLEASE NOTE: you must be able to commute to the location, or relocating (PMA are unable to offer any relocation support)**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Support the Head of Business Operations to provide efficient administrative support to the whole of the PMA operation.
- Learner Enrolment Apprenticeship
- Data input: PMA Platforms and Learner Management systems
- Monitoring workshop schedule and bookings, sending correspondence to Leads and delegates.
- Liaising with external clients; employers, learners and potential clients with appropriate information, advice, guidance, and support.
- Completing PMA paperwork to ensure an effective audit trail.
- Maintaining SharePoint with up-to-date information.
- Ensure all company Policies and Procedures are reviewed on an annual basis and version history is recorded.
- Working with external agencies to support PMA to include Awarding Bodies.
- Following PMA policies and procedures to meet expectations and requirements of the organisation.

**Desirable Attributes**

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
