**Senior HR Officer**

Our client, known locally as an employer of choice, are in search of a **Senior** **HR Officer **to join their ever-expanding team

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns to maintain a healthy work environment which includes executing on employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide advice to front line managers and conduct performance improvement plans to establish performance goals.
- Maintain the employee database ensuring accuracy at all times of new starts, leavers, change to terms.
- Leading and supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures as required, while keeping track of employee absences and performance.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinating and delivering effective employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Identifying training needs and developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Managing performance evaluation processes and providing guidance and support to managers on performance issues
- Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Strong IT literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and can work using own initiative
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
