**Job Purpose:
**Support the London Office - Management of the Reception desk and support the Admin team/Facilities Manager
**Reporting lines and interactions**:
**Hierarchically reports to**: Facilities Manager
**Key Interactions (internally, externally)**: Technip Energies, Genesis and support departments (P+C, Accounts & IT and Tendering Team)
**Duties**:
- Reception Management
- Answering Switchboard
- Visitors (Genesis, T.EN, Clients & Subtenants)
- Management of Reception temp. ID badges
- Management of Security Guards & handovers
- Management of building maintenance contractors (Genesis, Landlord & Subtenants)
- Travel/Hotel l and Taxis bookings
- Assist with formatting and reviewing admin documents
- Mail & Couriers (external/internal)
- Admin Invoicing and ICPOs
- Conference Bookings & Catering Order
- Ordering Office stationery & kitchen supplies
- Office Chief Fire Marshall
- First Aider
- Covering Admin duties as and when needed (staff absence/sickness)
