**Duties and Responsibilities**

Duties for this role include, responsibility for building components of the Zen stages and making sure that every product leaving the factory is of the customers specification and of the highest quality.

The role will involve:

- Willingness to learn about the product and how it functions.
- Being able to use power tools (hand drills, etc.) and machinery (chop saws, etc.) safely.
- Understanding and following the product specification given by the production manager and producing a stage at that specification.
- Communicating efficiently and effectively with other team members to get the job finished and to the required timescales.
- Ensure the workshop area is clean, tidy, and orderly at all times.

**Knowledge, skills, and experience**
- Good working with your hands.
- Excellent in self-organising.
- Take initiative in working effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous work experience in a similar field of work.
- Unloading lorries using a forklift (Desired skill but training provided).
- Health and Safety trained (Desired skill but training provided).

- The role will require focus, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to working once comfortable with the product and working environment.
- Ability to work under your own initiative, but also under leadership.
- Want to continually improve processes, for the benefit of themselves and the team.
- Self-motivated, determined and a reliable team player with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude as we continually grow the business.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sheffield 9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
