Norton Way Group has been in business since 1989 with one site and a handful of employees.We are a very different Norton Way Group now A multi-franchise business, with 7 sites across London, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, with over 400 staff, and future growth already in the planning.With the ever changing and advancements within the automotive sector, we are now looking to capture future progress through evaluating our day-to-day data. This will in turn give us the basis and understanding of where we need to be in the future.The working hours can be on a hybrid basis, with combined office hours and working from home.**Location**: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick London W4 5YT**Salary**: £32,000 to £42,000 per annum (dependant on experience)**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday**What you can expect from the role**:
The role will consist of the collection and analyse raw data, to drastically improve in sales and marketing within the company. You will use this data to discover insights into our business, for future expansion and profits.Through your knowledge you will analyse and interpret quantitative information through reporting and support insights, digital and strategy and planning, providing performance data and plansIn addition, you will use the data to optimise profits, customer service and other areas within the business, improving data quality and areas for improvement and efficiency. From your findings you will then drive the improvements required within each team, department, and across the business.You will work closely with our marketing team to identify areas we can use data to help grow online presence, communications, social media, and advert inventory performance. From here you will manage and evolve existing performance dashboards, advert verification and socials.Furthermore, you will use our website insight platform Content Square to help improve digital experience, customer satisfaction and drive the growth of our online services including online purchase, online service bookings and digital enquiries.**What we need from you**:
You will bring with you the knowledge gained from your previous roles within project management.-
