We’re hiring for a **Factory Operative** to join a plastic fabrication company based in **Denton, Tameside**. Operating for more than 40 years, this family run manufacturer design and produce bespoke goods using leading technology and are looking for a production worker to assist with assembling goods and preparing items ready for dispatch.

**What’s on offer?**
- £10.42 per hour
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday / 12:00 pm finish Fridays (37 hrs per week)
- Quarterly bonus scheme - earn extra holidays for good punctuality

**What will you be doing as a Production Operative?**
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Assembling and packing products for customers or stock inventory
- Adhering to the labelling system to ensure clear identification of components
- Ensuring components are appropriately labelled for smooth transition to the next processing stage

**What do you need?**
- Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
- Physical fitness as you will be lifting and moving goods
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Punctuality and reliability are essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
