Reed Further Education are seeking dynamic Learning Support Practitioners to support learners with additional needs on a temporary basis.

**The Learning Support Practitioner Role**:

- Supporting learners with mild-moderate learning difficulties/challenging behaviour to reach their academic potential
- Creating and reviewing SMART goals
- Supporting learners aged 16+

**What the Learning Support Practitioner Will Need**:

- Good Written & Verbal Communication
- Previous SEN/Challenging Behaviours experience (PMLD & SEND - ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome etc.)
- Experience with Personal Care or Manual Handling

**Learning Support Practitioner support in the following areas**:

- Communication Difficulties - BSL/Makaton
- PMLD & SEND (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome etc.)
- Personal Care & Manual Handling
- English & Maths support and other Level 3 qualifications
