Want to help us shape the future of health and care education? At Arden University we are looking for dedicated Lecturers to join our School of Health & Care Management at our Birmingham and Manchester study centres.

In this role, you will primarily teach undergraduate programmes, helping to develop the next generation of health and social professionals. You will deliver engaging and innovative teaching sessions, develop and enhance curriculum content, and provide academic support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.

You will also be involved in assessing and evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching practices.

**About You**:
You will also have a recognised HE teaching qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level, or be committed to achieving this within 12 months of appointment. You should possess excellent analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a knack for contributing to course or method improvements.
