Having become established early this year, Grace 247 Wolverhampton has grown massively, both in terms of the amount of staff we have in the community and the amount of service users receiving care from us across the region. The rotas that we have to prepare, as well as all of the logistics and organization surrounding these rotas has become something we need extra support with as we grow further.
- This presents an exciting opportunity within our business for someone to join our team and pilot and define their own role in an exciting and dynamic way. This is a position that is going to come with full training, constant support and more than anything else, scope for growth, development and acheivement. As well as responding to arising staffing needs such as covering emergency sickness with other staff and calling family members or service users themselves to notify them of any changes to rota.**
- This is a role that will certainly challenge the person who undertakes it. It will require patience, it will require resolve, it will require a willingness to learn from established professionals, as well as learning from your own mistakes and being able to overcome them in a positive fashion._

**You do not necesarrily need a background in healthcare to fit this role, perhaps in the past you may have worked in an office based role of a different kind but you have the cross over skills for this? You may have worked in transport or in engineering and manufacturing and so have the abilities to mannuevere people around to cover gaps in scheduling?
