We are recruiting for an individual who wishes to be part of a growing, dedicated team working out of offices in central Southport. Considerable experience of working in this type of environment is required for any successful applicant.

**Job description**
- Relevant Accounting Qualification AAT Level 4.
- Production of Monthly Management Accounts and Analysis of Variances to Budget
- Analysis and Identification of problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management.
- Recording sales and purchase invoices, together with posting and allocating bank entries.
- Maintenance of control/ledger accounts including debtors, creditors, bank, HMRC & wages.
- Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-financial managers.
- Strong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in industry.
- Strong people management skills specifically: delegation, nurturing, training, and management in accordance with agreed objectives.
- Proficiency with excel spreadsheets and accounting software programs.
- Strong workload scheduling skills.
- Commercial focus.
- Confident persuasive communicator.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Payroll Processing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
