**What to expect**

We currently have a vacancy for a Compliance Support Administrator to support our Risk & Compliance Team. This role offers the chance to progress your career in client relations, data privacy and internal audit.

**Client Relations**
- Providing administrative and investigative support to the Client Relations team, who handle client dissatisfaction
- Responsible for general administration i.e. managing mailboxes, acknowledging and recording client complaints, escalating to the relevant parties and answering queries
- Assist the Client Relations Partner in preparation of Management Reports and ensuring that responses to our regulatory bodies are actioned in a timely manner

**Data Privacy**
- Assist the Data Privacy Team in preparation of Management Reports

**Internal Audit**
- Providing administrative and investigative support to the Audit Manager i.e. reviewing client files to ensure compliance with the firm’s regulatory obligations

**What we’re looking for**
- Knowledge and experience of working in a regulated environment.
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Confident engaging with colleagues
- Good PC skills and experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (specifically

Word and Excel).
- Flexible, versatile and able to adapt to new situations, processes and technology
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
