Position reports to
Compliance Manager
Location
Dundee
Salary
Up to £30,000 dependant on experience.
Role Purpose
You will provide regulatory and compliance support across the firm, ensuring all client records are maintained.
Role Responsibilities
Manage the team shared mailbox and all correspondence in a timely manner
Collate all supplier due diligence uploading to the system
Update all compliance registers
Process data breaches reporting where required
Manage data requests (Delete, store etc)
Support in the preparation of management reports
Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Key Skills
Prior experience in an AML or Compliance role, ideally within a professional services environment
A strong planner, highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external
Highly motivated, willing to go above and beyond
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Excellent problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to change
Confidential and discreet

This is a full-time, permanent role working between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and will be based in the Dundee Office. No hybrid working is offered at this time.
