Junior Recruitment/junior Office Admin

The role for Junior recruiter/Junior Office Admin who will be reporting to Directors and Office managers.
You will join a dynamic team of professionals and will initially work under the supervision of a senior colleague. As you gain experience, you will be given more autonomy to run projects independently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working with senior colleagues to deliver against client expectations
- Creating and posting job ads
- Assisting with interview and assessment processes
- Selling and marketing [Company] services
- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
- Weekly stationery inventories to ensure all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary
- Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents
- Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- Updating contact lists on the company database
- Providing support to reception during busy periods
- Office cover during staff holidays
- Assisting the office manager with regular health and safety checks
- Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running personal errands and booking lunches

**Requirements**:
- At least two years’ experience in a recruitment role
- Basic knowledge of HRIS and ATS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minute attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Complete comfort with demanding targets
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
