Embrace Education Ltd are a National Publishing Company based in Chester.

We provide bespoke educational resources to Schools across the UK.

We are currently looking for an experienced sales support person to join our busy team... this is a term time only position.

You should be very comfortable with speaking to people over the telephone as you will need to liaise with professionals in schools. This is not a sales role.

You will need at least two years previous customer service experience and some sales experience would be ideal.

Patience, organisational skills, excellent time management skills and attention to detail are a must for this role.

Our office is open Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Fridays 9am - 4pm, no weekends or bank holidays.

The position is full time or part-time with flexible working days/hours to suit ( we are flexible on this for the right person)

Full training will be given on our products and systems.

Pay: From £23,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 37 per week
