We are looking for a talented store supervisor to work along side the store manager. Using your passion and experience for exceptional customer service and fashion knowledge, you will help support the manager in leading a team and maximising sales and profit within the store, whilst helping to create and exciting and energetic atmosphere for both customers and staff.
The store supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all the daily operations of the store and continuing the success of the Itsy Bitsy shopping experience to ensure exceptional customers service is delivered.
Minimum of 2-year Fashion retail experience essential
Minimum of 2 years manager or supervisors experience essential
Fashion and home interiors experience desirable
**The Role**

You will be helping to drive the business growth through Styling, merchandising, delivery high customer service and leading a team with passion and energy

**Key Responsibilities**:
At Itsy Bitsy our customers are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will be an ambassador for the store, supporting the team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every one of our customers. Responsible for the running of the shop.
- Maintain outstanding store condition with a housekeeping plan and visual merchandising standards
- Independent management for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Respond to all store customer complaints and comments in a timely manner
- Manage and motivate the team alongside the Store Manager, to increase sales and ensure efficiency in the store
- Ensure Customers get the best shopping experience in-store, always delivering market-leading customer service and hospitality
- Can prioritise and be efficient with your time so you can spend more time with our customers finding products they will love
- Follow sales leads
- Taking payments via an epos system and ensuring stock levels are kept accurate
- Offer a professional wrapping service for gifts
- Offering refreshments
- Ensure high standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues
- Respond to all customer complaints and comments in a timely manner
- Sharing product knowledge with customers and with the store's team members
- Offering our customers a VIP service by proactively contacting them with our best deals and special offers
- Completing commercially viable rotas
- Making sure items are on the shelves and displayed attractively and priced accurately
- Be active in organising and managing shopping events throughout the year.
**Knowledge & Skills Required**:
- Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment within retail, hospitality or a similar customer-focused industry
- Desire to increase your fashion and product knowledge
- Personal styling knowledge is beneficial but not essential
- Proven track record of maximising sales
- Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills
- Customer focused
- Proven leadership track record alongside the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Resilience and confidence
- Team player who can communicate effectively and build strong relationships to work confidently alongside a strong, high performing team
- Ability to work at pace in a pressurised store environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a customer focused trading environment at a consistently high standard
- Sales targets and KPIs to evaluate stores success
- Highly self-motivated and enjoy working with own initiative
- Desire to push boundaries and accept new challenges
- Strong understanding of retail operational principles as well as the ability to analyse and interpret a range of commercial data to support decision making to drive sales performance
