**Purpose**

Resourcing at Linklaters provide a broad range of critical services to the firm across several practices and functions including attracting and selecting experienced hire employees for UK and Warsaw offices with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion("DE&I").

Over the last 2 years, Linklaters has developed a comprehensive Race Action Plan and a set of strategic objectives to focus on representation of Black and minority ethnic colleagues in the UK, Europe, and the US. This role will take the lead in implementingrecruitment projects as part of the Race Action Plan.

You will work with the Recruitment team to:
Support recruitment heads in adapting changes to terms of engagement with recruitment agencies by building in reporting and accountability frameworks for each stage of the recruitment process.

Develop innovative approaches to promoting Linklaters commitment to DE&I and the Race Action Plan. This should include brand awareness as well as alternative marketing channels.

Help recruiters identify appropriate channels for each area of business that will increase access to ethnically diverse pools of talent (ie. job boards and support networks).

Develop reporting metrics to track implementation and progress of our recruitment commitments.

Ensure the Recruitment Tool Kit, interview competencies and job postings reflect the DE&I focus on race and ethnicity as appropriate in each jurisdiction, including the use of an unconscious bias e-learning module.

Build close relationships with our affinity network groups and our Race Action Plan Champions, HR BPs and hiring managers to ensure engagement, seek guidance and leverage their expertise.

Provide advice and information or other best practices in the market across professional service companies.

**Sourcing & Attraction Strategy**

Strategic Management of the Race Action Plan projects to ensure the firm is recruiting exceptional talent to the firm. Through your market and commercial awareness and best practices you will manage and identify a number of projects including:

- Work with the global recruitment teams to ensure a co-ordinated approach to diversity recruitment, sharing best practice between offices.
- Determine the key selling points for each area of the firm and ensure these are aligned with key diversity recruitment messages.

Education / Qualification

Practical experience
- Recruitment background including a passion for DE&I.
- Previous experience and expertise in the field of DE&I and race equality will enable you to lead from the front with credibility and pace
- Knowledgeable in selection techniques and sourcing options
- Specific experience in project management and a portfolio of evidence to show your organisational skills and ability to deliver against key milestones
