Metal work services we provide include:

- Architectural metal work, structural steel work and secondary steel work for main contractors in the construction sector.
- Metal fabrication for various industries.
- Sub-contract manufacture of fabricated equipment used in the Mining and Pharmaceutical sectors

The Role:
Due to a consistent and expanding workload we need to strengthen and expand our shopfloor with the addition of a conscientious skilled fabricator welder.

Knowledge and practical experience in the following.
- MIG, TIG, MMA welding
- Folders
- Rolling Machines
- General workshop equipment
- Ability to reading Fabrication drawings is also key in ensuring that the quality is maintained.
- Time Served Sheet Metal Worker
- Fine tolerance sheet metal experience would be a distinct advantage

Fabricator Welder - Responsibilities
- The Fitting and welding of components to customer specification, ensuring Health and Safety obligations are met at all times
- Ensuring a clean, tidy, and efficient working area
- Reporting any Health and Safety issues to the shop floor representative, or in his absence to a manager
- Undertake any other reasonable task required by the company

Other Requirements:

- Excellent Time Keeping
- Overtime when needed
- Good dexterity
- Basic English and maths skills
- Ability to work with others as part of a team
- Good concentration and attention to detail

Excellent rates of pay dependent on age and experience.

This is a permanent position to join our team.

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
